You will always find them, and many instructors, on hand at the gym. There will always be someone to show you how to use the equipment and weights so that you use correct form, achieve the results you're after, and do not sustain injury. Its important to both know the equipment and have a good routine to follow so you don't get bored or hurt.
Kardio Kick Gym has key card access, making the facility available to members from 4am-11 pm every day, seven days a week. In addition to the full-service weight room, a large variety of classes are offered every day, including Kickboxing, TRX, hot barre, Zumba, yoga, and many more. Instructors have received certification for their respective classes and offer personal touches to their workouts. Training is also available in the weight room to assist members in proper form and technique.
Instructors typically arrive at the studio 15 minutes prior to a class and are available for about 20-30 minutes after.
Weight room and cardio equipment are accessable from 4AM-11PM Daily
