Hot Barre

Hot Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. Students can see results in just 10 classes. The technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk. The workout launches a full blown attack on the areas of the body all women struggle with: abs, hips, seat and arms. It defies gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up.

Hot Barre is a lifestyle; a dynamic fitness experience that delivers an effective total body workout in an upbeat and motivating environment. The technique blends ballet barre based movements, Pilates, yoga and core strength training. This program raises the barre and takes body sculpting to a new level!

Why The Heat?

All Hot barre classes are taught in the heat to quickly raise core body temperature which accelerates the fat burning process. The heat is also very healing to both the body and the mind by assisting in the elimination of environmental toxins and stress and allows the body to go deeper into poses and stretches while helping to prevent injury.

The heat heals both the mind and body helping to eliminate environmental toxins and stress. It also allows the body to go deeper into stretches and helps to prevent injuries. Toxins become stored in our fatty tissue and are very difficult to remove from the body. The movements performed at Hot Barre are designed to help pull these toxins out of the body. Many find that training in a hot and humid room becomes an addiction.
